Marissa

When I was a kid, there was this song that used to get stuck in my head.  I could barely remember all the words.  I'm sure I slaughtered the words which makes it completely predictable that this song got stuck in my head as I photographed Marissa.  Sweet Marissa........

I first met Marissa a couple of years back.  Her big sister, Morgan, was having her bat mitzvah and there was little M.  We had deep conversations about her dance career and how she wants to be a Rockette when she grows up.  I hope you do because I will come to NY to see you and brag all about how I photographed you way back when.  But now it's Marissa's turn.  It's her Bat Mitzvah with a New York theme---so appropriate.

She's grown up a bit.  Ok.  She's grown up too much.  :)  Now's she's almost 13 and looking way too pretty for a father's taste.  :)

This is my FAVORITE photo for sure.  Who needs a fan?  We ordered up a breeze and it worked perfectly!!!

I can't wait for your party.  I can't wait to see your family again & mostly....  I KNOW it's going to be a ton of fun!!!!  I remember all the dancing from the last time.  Have an awesome summer and I'll see you again in August!
