Before and After...

Let's talk about proofs vs. finished images. So, let me show you the difference. In the example below, you can see we cropped the photo, altered it to a sepia tone, deleted the chairs and the trash can in the background and we softened her already beautiful skin. Looking at it now, I'd probably also take out the window behind her but I think it went from a good photo to a stunning one. It will be on my website very soon. ; ) Next... Smoothed skin, warmed the color and dramatized the sky. This is worthy of a wall portrait now, maybe a gallery wrap.

Now. Since I've already shown you a couple of gorgeous photos from Katie and Ben's wedding, I'd like to share some more images from their day that I love. Her dress was STUNNING!!! I adore the little floral accent! I admit when I took this photo, I didn't think I liked it but I was oh so wrong. I Love it!
A ceremony detail caught by my handsome hubby from the loft of Liberty Church. I was taking a photo of the two of them that you've seen before. They were snuggled together, eyes closed thinking loving thoughts. But... what was new was Ben's hand. I couldn't help but notice him delicately stroking her arm. I was really touched by his sweet gesture and had to capture it.
OH MY!!!! I LOVE this image!!! Barn. Color. Fashion. YUMMY!
SHOES!!! You know I love 'em! Off to Worthington Hills Country Club!
Lovin' on the course! Entrance photos are so fun!
Oh yeah. She did it!
All those people around them and they are lost in their first dance moment. That is why the first dance is one of my favorite things about the day.

It's not often that I can showcase an engagement photo and a wedding detail at the same time.
Before the night was over, I took Ben and Katie outside for a couple of images that can finish off their album. What do you think? Which one would you put in your book?
