Brittany and Jason

WHAT A DAY!

The first thing Brittany said to me on her wedding day was "how calm she felt". It showed. Brittany was easygoing and relaxed. It showed in every single photograph of her. She just looks calm, cool and gorgeous! Jason----I personally think he looks like Andy Garcia. Don't you? The face he's making above just says "Hey. What's not to love?" It's a total favorite of mine and it will be displayed here in the office somewhere so I can smile every time I look at it.

The photos above were taken at OSU's stadium. Brit and Jason are HUGE Buckeye fans so it was fitting. Heck. Brittany even got to meet up with Gordon Gee at the Blackwell on her wedding day. Apparently Mr. Gee couldn't stay an extra night in the hotel because the room he was staying in was booked by our lovely couple. I told them they should have invited him to the reception. ; )

At any rate, the Blackwell was awesome, as always. Brittany has specialty linens of pink and brown and it was really beautiful. Here's the thing. If you know me, you know I love my job. I get to meet so many really incredible people. I get to share some really intimate(dancing with Grandpa-I cried), humorous (ask Brittany about her centerpieces "new" use), and outrageous moments (men in zoot suits). I'm sure I could become "all business" but if I ever get there it's time to hang up my camera.

I always feel like when I take on a new client, I'm taking on a new friend. Sometimes it's a friendly relationship just through the marriage process and sometimes it's many years later and we're still in touch and still friends. Jason totally touched my heart when at the end of the night he told Andy and I that he felt this was the beginning of a long relationship. I feel the same way guys. The best to you guys. I'll see you Friday night. I'm really looking forward to it. I believe we'll be making a night of it and enjoying some cold beverages.
