Gary and Kelley

OK. I've been a little slow on posting lately. Sorry about that but... I'll be making it up to you really soon. I have Gary and Kelley's wedding, BIG news about Austin, a baby, a 1st communion, Amanda and Aaron's engagement and Emily and Nick's wedding. So keep visiting! Lots to see.

Now. Gary and Kelley came to me through Heather at the Bridalsmiths. I have known Heather for a LONG time. In fact, I was the 2nd shooter at her wedding. ; ) Anyway, Gary and Kelley were so much fun. Kelley has the darling smile that just makes you wanna smile right along with her. Gary is a little more subdued but.... get him going and he's a hoot as well. You've heard of Zoolander. Well. My name for Gary is Zuder-lander. Mr. Gary Zuder can pose as well as Ben Stiller ANY DAY!

Their ceremony was at the Greek Cathedral which is one of my ABSOLUTE favorite places to photograph. The light in the church is soft and beautiful and with mosaics like this one on the ceiling.... it's all good!I snagged this photo of Kelley as she was putting the finishing touches on her make up. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! I don't think I could have posed it better if I tried.
Flowers by Doris did a great job on the flowers. I love the pinks and reds mixed together. I think this bouquet is very unique. I like the mixture of color and texture they've got going on. Check out Kelley's dress! Isn't it fabulous! I've never seen anything like it and it suited her perfectly. The detail was incredible. To the untrained eye, this looks like a priest praying but... if you were there.... you would know that this is Gary's brother the priest taking a moment to try to stop the tears as he welcomed his new sister into the family. YES!! I cried. What is it with you people? You all seem so excited to move the photo chick to tears. ; ) This little guy, however, was not so moved by such a touching moment.TRUE video was there to document the day. A little love in the pews. Lovin' it. For you photo types out there. A little video light goes a LONG way. ; ) Uber dramatic skies. I thought the rain would get us but it didn't. I've said it before. God doesn't like to rain on a bride. I will spare our lovely MoH the honor of "showing" the world what Kelley was giggling at but... it was pretty darn funny. How cute is Kel's crinkled nose?!Details! Yummy pink, red and white place cards. How incredible does this room look? Gotta love the spotlight on the cake. Kudos to the Hyatt on Cap Square for doing an incredible job as always! Cutting the cake....
Chuck Gillespie and the Rick Brunetto band entertained the crowd while Kelley and Gary had their first dance.
Nice moves! And the dress looks fantastic! Congratulations to both of you. Happy honeymooning!

What a nice blog! I want to do the entire day over again. I'll even take the rain, we had such a wonderful time.

Thank you Donna for taking such incredible pictures! I can't wait to see them all!
