Who am I kidding?

Seriously. Who am I trying to fool? Myself? I am not much of a shopper so I have no idea what possessed me to try to give gift ideas when I am racking my brain trying to figure out what to give everyone. So... I'm shelving that one. Maybe next year, I'll be organized and ahead of the game enough to do it. Yeah. I know. Wishful thinking.

Anyway, I'd rather blog about what I love----pictures and fun people. Lynnsay and Kyle got married back in October and I really should have had them on the blog long before this but since I do not have a clone to help me take photos, blog, send in orders, take more photos, design albums, etc..., it's late.
They got married at one of my fave churches: Our Lady of Victory in Grandview. I Love Father Romano. I Love that he always asks me to visit him on Sunday mornings as well as Saturday afternoons. ; ) And Joyce always keeps things organized which is quite helpful to me. Lynnsay was obviously a beautiful bride and the details in the church are impressive.

We had a little stopover in Goodale Park. Gotta love a blue sky day with warm buttery light.

OK. A taxi driver was none too thrilled that I was standing in the middle of the road for this shot but.... I totally think it was worth it. By the way.... This was a great bridal party to work with. They were all game to do nearly anything. I LOVE that!!!

Then, we were off to Confluence for the reception. The bridal party made an arch for Lynnsay and Kyle and it looks like a lot of fun, don't you think?

Kyle's brother gave a toast that had everyone laughing hysterically....even the groom who was totally the butt of every joke in that toast.

This group really knew how to cut loose, dance and have a lot of fun. The band, Paradise Island, had the place totally rocking!!! I saw people on the dance floor from 8 to 80 years old. That's impressive!Nice moves, Kyle! ; )And... finally a shot with my new toy. A beautiful fisheye lens. I love how it softens all the straight line and that ring is to DIE for!!!! Finally, a HUGE thank you to Lynnsay and Kyle for letting me photograph their big day. I had a lot of fun and wish you both the best that life has to offer.
