Diana and Andy

Thank God warmer weather is here again and that means I am outside and back at that photo thing I love so much.  I seriously am wishing I could be a snowbird and go someplace where I can take pictures year round. :)

So...   Diana and Andy are absolutely adorable.  Being part of their wedding was so special.  First of all, it was intimate.  I think there was 25-30 people.  It was a wonderful experience.

You all know how much I love shoes.  Hello pretty little blingy flower.
Dorky me could not resist a photo of a dancing couple with pretty red dancing shoes.
Diana has a great sense of humor as evidenced by her silly face getting dressed.

She may have cracked herself up.  Me too.  I thought it was funny.  :)
They opted to see each other prior to the ceremony.  Here's their first look.  What I found so endearing was how nervous Diana was.  She was tearing up and having trouble catching her breath---until she saw him.  I think he's pretty anxious to see her too.
The moment.

Then, it was time for pretty pictures....

My fave!

I LOVE THIS!!!!!!

Normally, people aren't really aware that I'm there but...  25 people...  a small room...  Oh yeah.  She knew I was there.  So cute!!!
A tea ceremony.
With no bridal party Andy's mom toasted the happy couple.  I loved the story she told.  Hopefully, I retell it correctly.  Andy & Diana met in college---the same college where his mom worked.  They'd been dating for a while when Diana introduced herself to mom.  Mom & Diana hit it off right away and...  the rest is history.  The bond between mom & Diana was obvious.
  Let's have cake!

Now...  this little charmer is Cal, the groom's nephew.  I adored him.  Can you see one of the reasons why?

I'm getting my picture taken here....  I wonder how many photos Calvin has of me?  It felt like he took a lot.  :)
All in all it was a wonderful day and topping it off with a photo like this was the icing on the cake.
Best wishes Andy & Diana.  Many happy years together!
