Tis the Season

If you haven't been out of your house much lately, you probably haven't noticed the onslaught of Christmas decor and the marketing machine going to work on your wallet. But... here in my little house of dk, it really is Christmas crunch time. Deadlines are fast approaching for the holidays so if you want to give portraits as gifts, please let me know as soon as you can.
The first order of business is probably holiday cards. You want to get those ordered first so you have time to mail them. For the first time in I can't remember how long, I ordered my cards before Christmas arrived. I realize it kind of defeats the purpose by showing them here but... I wanted you to get the idea of what I mean by a formal card vs. a more simple style. So... I'me giving you a couple examples of each.
I have a HUGE selection of formal Christmas cards that are gorgeous! And... I have a more simple, postcard style that I do a quick design on (no cheesey wreaths on a dk card). And... if these don't work for you, I've got lots of other options.
And for my '08 brides. Make good use of your engagement session. Send Save the Date/Christmas cards and save on postage. ; ) Here are some examples for you. If you interested in sending any of these or having me come up with a special design just for you, let me know. I'm happy to add you to the MONSTER to do list. (Yes. I'm still obsessing with how much goes on vs. how much comes off.) Have a great day!

I LOVE this card!!!! Aside from the fact that it's one of my favorite, fellow Red Sox lovin' couples, I just think it looks fantastic. ; ) And.... My Mom with Santa and the Mrs. Speaking of the big guy, mark your calendars. Thursday, November 29th I'll be photographing with Mr. and Mrs. Claus again. Details to follow. ; )
